Women’s March

I marched.  I marched for so many reasons, for so many people.  I used my voice and my agency.  It feels good.  I feel so empowered.  I am inspired by the love and hope I have witnessed.  I have renewed faith in humanity.

I want to write all about the experience, what it was like to march with my wheelchair.  How the support of my spouse and family helped me to be a part of something that will forever be part of history and my memory.  Today is not quite the day for writing all of that.  My body needs rest while my mind and spirit are eager to delve into reflecting on the experience and taking next steps.  I’ve even sent this postcard to congress this morning  and you can send one, too!

So, here are a few photos for now!
